1. 2022 RIA Ranking Asset Category: $250 Million to <$500 Million. To be eligible for the ranking, firms must be independent registered investment advisors and file their own ADV statement with the SEC, and provide financial planning and related services to individual clients. Firms must have at least $50 million in assets under management as of December 31, 2021. Corporate RIA firms and investment advisor representatives (IARs) were not eligible for this survey. Within each of the asset category segments, firms were ranked by 2021 year-end discretionary and non-discretionary AUM. The award shown does not represent an evaluation of the quality of service provided to clients or their experience with our firm. No payment was required to participate in the survey. 2. Published June 20, 2023. The ranking is based on three categories: 1) scale of the business based on size and profitability; 2) growth of practice consisting of year-over-year growth in assets, households, and production; and lastly, 3) professionalism which includes regulatory record, community service, and team diversity. Requirements: A) 7 years of experience; B) A clean regulatory record (3 or fewer complaints with no significant judgments) C) AUM is above $100M. 3. This award was issued on July 1, 2023 by Five Star Professional for the time period 9/12/2022 through 3/31/2023. The award is based on 10 objective criteria. Eligibility criteria required: 1. Credentialed as a registered investment adviser (RIA) or a registered investment adviser representative; 2. Actively licensed as an RIA or as a principal of a registered investment adviser firm for a minimum of 5 years; 3. Favorable regulatory and complaint history review (As defined by FSP, the wealth manager has not; A. Been subject to a regulatory action that resulted in a license being suspended or revoked, or payment of a fine; B. Had more than a total of three settled or pending complaints filed against them and/or a total of five settled, pending, dismissed, or denied complaints with any regulatory authority or FSP's consumer complaint process. Unfavorable feedback may have been discovered through a check of complaints registered with a regulatory authority or complaints registered through FSP's consumer complaint process; feedback may not be representative of any one client's experience; C. Individually contributed to a financial settlement of a customer complaint; D. Filed for personal bankruptcy within the past 11 years; E. Been terminated from a financial services firm within the past 11 years; F. Been convicted of a felony);4. Fulfilled their firm review based on internal standards; 5. Accepting new clients. Evaluation criteria considered: 6. One-year client retention rate; 7. Five-year client retention rate; 8. Non-institutional discretionary and/or non-discretionary client assets administered; 9. Number of client households served; 10. Education and professional designations.
