Maria is a former branch chief in the Investment Management Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Having worked as an examiner and branch chief, she gained experience in evaluating the operations and processes of registered investment advisers. Maria obtained her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certification in 2016. Maria holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from SUNY Buffalo.
On the Personal Side...
Maria enjoys traveling and looks forward to visiting more international destinations. When she's not watching a British and Scandinavian mystery, Maria enjoys spending time at the bay beaches and wineries of the North Fork in Long Island. Mostly, she loves spending time with her family.
